Number Providers Needed: 1 FTE open to the use of multiple Surgeons to make a full-time schedule
Duties: CV Surgical coverage
Required Procedures: full scope CV Surgery

Clinic Setting: Cerner Mckesson Cardiology
Hospital Setting: Paragon & CHS Proprietary EMR
Patients per Day: 10-15
Support Staff: typical in clinic & hospital resources
Worksite Resources : typical in clinic & hospital resources
Reason for Coverage: separation with current employed Surgeon
