Position: NP/PA for a School Health Program in Upstate NY - 45 minutes South of Syracuse, NY |
Description: Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a school based clinic in Upstate NY, about 45 minutes South of Syracuse, NY. Great opportunity to work part-time, 10 months of the year!
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Part-time (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri) following the school schedule; typically 7:45am-3:15pm.
- 4 days a week (7 hours a day), 7:15AM-3:15PM with 1 hour for lunch.
- Summers are off and the position is paid throughout a full 12 months.
- About 15-18 ppd.
- Ages 5 to 18 years old.
- Prefer experienced providers who are comfortable working solo but open to a strong new gradaute.
- Will work mostly alone; doc visits 1-2 times per month to support.
