Position: Neurology Physician |
Description: Locums National is seeking a qualified Neuro Hospitalist to join our Tele team. The ideal physician will have a strong background in neurology, with a focus on stroke care.
Position Details:
Responsibilities: Evaluate and manage stroke patients, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and provide telemedicine consultations.
Qualifications: Board certification in neurology, strong clinical skills, and experience with stroke management.
License: Must have NC license
Schedule: Daily shifts, 7a-5p. Note that the first day of each block may require 10 hours of work, but subsequent days are typically shorter. You will receive a fixed daily rate, regardless of the hours worked.
- During hours of scheduled on call duties, the Tele Neurologist will be available to respond to and provide professional services for emergencies and or routine neurology consultations on all inpatient and observation patients by request of medical staff
- Stroke Docs will be the ones that address incoming patients experiencing stroke like symptoms.
