Qualifications:
Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
Certifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for an Illinois dental license.

Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
