Compensation: $23 to $26 per hour + Bonus Opportunities!

We are seeking a responsible Class B CDL Truck Driver/Smash Operator to join our Smash My Trash team! You will be responsible for safely operating our trucks, which are outfitted with a 3-ton rolling drum on a boom that you operate to SMASH the contents of open-top waste containers (dumpsters), requiring your ability to operate the equipment at each customer's facility.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service as the face of the company.
- Safely operate a 25,000-pound Kenworth T270 truck.
- Skillfully control hydraulic equipment to compact waste.
- Use a smartphone app to track routes and log activities.
- Perform pre- and post-trip truck inspections and document findings.
- Report any mechanical issues or incidents to dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and perform minor maintenance on the truck and equipment.
- Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications: (Do Not Apply Unless You Meet These Requirements)
- Valid Class B CDL license.
- Minimum 3 years of CDL driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required.
- Must pass a 5-year background check.
- Strong job history demonstrating reliability.
- Proficient with smartphones and mobile apps for tracking work activities.
- Ability to operate hydraulic machinery.
- Diesel mechanic or hydraulic system experience is a plus.
