APC Hours per day: 20 APC Mondays-Fridays; 10 APC on Saturdays & Sundays, 10-hour shifts Worksite Setting: Annual Patient Volume: 33,716, Current Average Daily Patient Volume: 92, ED Bed Count: 29 regular beds + 4 fast track beds + 5 hall beds Scope of Work: ED, Trauma level III Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: ACLS required for all; must be board-eligible or board-certified for St. Vincent s Birmingham and St. Vincent s East EMR: Cerner Board Certification(s) Required: ACLS required for all; must be board-eligible or board-certified for St. Vincent s Birmingham and St. Vincent s East Reason for Locum Need: short-staffed / no candidates How many shifts per month in Locum Coverage will help stabilize the program: 36 Shift Type (Days / Nights / Flexible): Flexible Locum Need short-term (3-6 months) or long-term (6+ months): Long-term Temp / Emergency Privileges granted: If file / history is clean, then yes, otherwise process for credentials is 90-120 days Need Date: As soon as possible
