Neurohospitalist Locums Job in Virginia 2025 Start 24 Hour Call
Jackson and Coker is partnered with a facility in Central Virginia that needs a Neurohospitalist to assist with coverage starting in late November & December with potential for ongoing shifts.
As we source candidates, we'd like to understand the full picture of your availability and the scope of duties that you're open to considering so that we can paint a clear picture for the client. How much time can you offer on an ongoing basis?
Details/Requirements for Assignment 108740:
Active Virginia license and DEA preferred
Seeking Board Certified Neurohospitalist
Type of coverage: 24 hour call
Shifts: On-site hours 8am-5pm or 8am-6pm, call beginning at 5pm or 6pm
Specific dates requested: 11/21/25 8am 11/27/25 5pm, 12/19/25 8am -12/25/25 5pm
Call volume: Unknown
Case volume per day: 15 patients
Job duties: Rounding, patient consults, and follow ups. No code stroke response, and neuro emergencies handled via teleneurology
APP support provided: 1 APP M-F, no supervision required
EMR: Epic
