Position: General Dentistry Opportunity in North Carolina High Earnings & Partnership Potential |
Description: COMPENSATION AND PERKS:
Compensation Structure: 37% of collections
Estimated Annual Earnings:
- $800K - $1M annually based on collections
Partnership Opportunity: Available after 12 months of employment

FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (4-5 days per week, no call)
Procedures: Extractions, implants, and advanced surgeries (if desired)
Patient Load: Walk into a full patient panel, averaging 15 patients per day (combination of surgeries and consultations)
Insurance: In-network with Delta Dental; the rest is paid in full at the time of service
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Oral surgery degree (DMD/DDS) and board-eligible or board-certified
- New graduates welcome to apply
- Sponsorship for J1 and H1B visa candidates available
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care
