City: Durango State: CO Start Date: 2025-07-14 End Date: N/A Duration: N/A Weeks Shift: N/A Overnight shift. Description: Summary: Mercy Regional Medical Center is looking for a locum Urologist to help fill the dates detailed below. Candidates must be available for any of the stints below to be considered for ongoing dates. Site anticipates the need of 3 weeks per month for all locums coverage ongoing.BID DUE DATE: April 21st at 5p EST!RATE CAPS FOR SUBMISSION:Malpractice Must be included in rates.Orientation 250 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours Hourly 500 - Per hour not OT Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular rate. Per holiday hour no OT Nightly Call 1000 - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis Holiday Nightly Call - 1500 - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis On Call Daily 3500 and below - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 5250 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratisCall Back 500 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms. EMR Required Training: Module learn lessons Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.EMR Onsite training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Onsite EMR training will be schedule the morning of providers first day. All candidates must complete the following EMR questionnaire and detail it in the notes section of the candidates submission at time of presentation.What are the # of years of epic experience they have?When was the last time MM/YYYY that they used Epic?What is the name of the last facility the provider used EPIC?Can you provide me with a photo large enough to add to a badge and not become pixelated?Can you disclose the provider's time zone for scheduling the virtual epic training?We need the provider's best phone # to use for call shifts while working.
