Position: Surgery - General Physician Assistant |
Description: We are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Thoracic Physician Assistant (CVT PA) to join our surgical team. The CVT PA will assist in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care for patients undergoing cardiovascular and thoracic procedures. Key responsibilities include first-assist in surgery, patient evaluation, conducting physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with the surgical team.
Qualifications:
Current PA certification
5+ years of CVT or surgical first-assist experience
Strong knowledge of cardiovascular and thoracic anatomy and procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
EVH
Schedule: Full-time, with some on-call requirements.
