Experience: 1 year of barista experience is required.

Schedule: Day Shift, 6am to 3pm

Employers Options is seeking a Barista to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to standard recipes.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.

Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.

Operate coffee machines and equipment safely and efficiently.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Position Requirements:

Knowledge of Italian coffee styles and drinks is a plus.

Bartending experience is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for coffee and customer service.
