- You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to juggle tasks while keeping quality high.
- You have strong communication skills, making interactions with guests and teammates natural and engaging.
- You can follow recipes and food safety standards to ensure consistency and excellence.
- You're flexible and available to work weekends, nights, holidays, and special events as needed.
- You can comfortably stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform tasks like kneeling or stooping throughout your shift.
Why This Role Matters
Fudge-making is more than a job-it's a tradition, a show, and a way to create memories worth repeating. As a Fudge Maker, you'll be part of an experience that brings smiles to guests of all ages, turning simple ingredients into something magical. If you have a passion for sweets, storytelling, and hands-on creativity, this could be the perfect role for you.
