Join an agile, cross-functional team where your expertise in Physiologically Based Pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling will directly shape strategic decisions from discovery through clinical development. What You'll Do
- Develop and validate PBPK models for novel biologics across all stages of drug development
- Translate modeling outcomes into actionable insights for multidisciplinary teams
- Stay current with the latest in pharmacometric science and modeling technologies
- Represent the organization within the global scientific community, contributing to publications and conferences
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address key questions in drug development
Who You Are
- PhD (or equivalent experience) in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Pharmacology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of pre-clinical and clinical PK/PD concepts, especially for therapeutic antibodies
- Experience with pre-clinical PBPK modelling in Biologics, in industry (BIOLOGICS IS COMPULSORY)
- Proficiency in Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD) strategies ideal to have
- Excellent communicator in English, both written and spoken
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset
