Description: W.C. Pressure has offered superior washing and restoration since 2008. Its humbling work yet highly gratifying and we aim to satisfy customers with great work ethic and a smile. Most of the work will be washing homes, restoring decks with washing, sanding, and staining. Additional services lean towards light carpentry deck repair, exterior painting, gutter cleaning and window cleaning but ultimately, we focus on quick turn-around maintenance tasks. The nature of property restoration is competitive so we constantly evolve to operate more efficiently and embrace challenges as they come. Its hard work but there's much to learn, great people to meet, and an opportunity to make some money! Qualified candidate will have a positive attitude first and foremost. An entry level candidate will perform residential and commercial washing and restoring decks to their former glory with deck plank replacement, sanding, and staining. We work within the real estate community preparing properties for market with light landscaping, window washing, and general labor tasks. More experienced candidates will have the opportunity to tackle larger projects such as repair decks from storm damage, convert decks from wood to composite, perform all types of wood rot repair and replacement, and ultimately expand your knowledge on residential and commercial property improvement. We work with property investors by restoring and renovating properties as well. These tasks range from general demo labor to working with sub-contractors to renovate and fully remodel houses. You will learn something new weekly -regardless of experience - as the vast realm of property restoration is ever expansive, scratching the curiosity of the novice to the expert.
