Job Title: Restaurant Server Bistro & Crave located in The Marquardt
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay Range: $17.98 $22.21 per hour (based on experience)

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Restaurant Server to join our team. In this role, you'll be the friendly face that helps create a welcoming dining experience for our guests. If you're someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in excellent service this could be the perfect fit!

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests promptly and make them feel at home

• Present menus and answer any questions about food or beverages

• Take and deliver orders efficiently and accurately

• Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas

• Suggest menu items and pairings when appropriate

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

• Handle payments and operate the POS system

• Respond to guest concerns with a positive and solution-oriented attitude

What We're Looking For:

• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred

• Bartender license (Watertown)

• Experience handling payments/cash register

• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor

• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety

• Ability to work weekends and some holidays
